The Seminar, titled “Attorneys’ Guide to Local Government Law” was held on July 30, 2015 in Long Island, New York at the Four Points by Sheraton Plainview. Houghton’s presentation covered topics such as federal, state, and local requirements, property appraisals and valuation, and environmental concerns and considerations.
